reposting from my main twt account, but thoughts about naib subedar and the connection i feel to his character. how i relate more than id have thought since ive always seen myself more in norton, if anything
– ptsdsubedar – all that we've ever discussed with the few psychologists i've had was me having severe depression and ptsd. mine is for reasons completely different from identity 5 naib subedar's, yet in a metaphorical sense, it does speak to me taken from alien anon under @mentholhalle's strawpage, they did mention that identity 5 naib "doesn't expect his life to last or amount to anything meaningful," which i believe all of us can see this is also true for me (though i don't mean it in a depressive or suicidal way this time* as in, i actually do mean it that way oftentimes when brought up), and is one of enough reasons to me as to why i relate to id5 naib's character and find so much comfort in him he's always been a big comfort character for me, but has recently grown to be it even more. i don't really want to share too much as to why since it's too personal, but ya. i've found naib to be much more relatable these days. whenever i can stream again, it'll [probably] be nemu (unless i rebrand to hakua or some new oc i come up with), but that might be about it quote tweet: "okay, maybe this also stems from me wanting to erase myself from earth and become a fragment of everyones imaginary, as well as something else that shifted in me, and yet i cant quite find the words to explain it" […] another thing i'd like to add is how i've recently noticed myself coping better with all my stuff (trauma & ptsd, depression, health-related issues, etc.) with the shift from nemu to naib. hence the preference for being called naib rather than my oc's name, although this probably doesn't apply to streaming (or it doesn't as of yet)
