I can't say a lot...but I work for world-wide retail website, have for over 18 years as a day job. In that I have access to view various things. What I can say is there are specific graphs that you can clearly see the #economicblackout in effect. While it probably won't hurt said company...

People are fleeing Florida and Texas. As of Jan. 2025, those states collectively accounted for over 30% of ALL homes for sale in the US. Florida had 157,221 active listings—the highest in the country—followed by Texas with 102,552.
