Maximum Chase. A 2002 game with so-bad-it's-good cutscenes with terrible acting. The game play is really good 1/2 the time when you play the action movie driving levels with jumps and crashes and explosions, and you get a cool cinematic replay. The other 1/2 of the game that's a rail shooter sucks.
