The other day I made the #pecanpie recipe from @tastinghistory.bsky.social and it was #delicious! The recipe is from 1914 and isn’t sickly sweet like the recipes that use corn syrup. Next time I think will add vanilla to the filling mix to add an extra level to this. 😋 #thehomohomemaker #baking

Folks, you don't need twitter. The analytics show that it is worse for your brand and that you get greater engagement and clickthroughs from bluesky. There is no reason to use it- you have stockholm syndrome and are afraid of losing your big number that are all dead accounts and bots anyway.

They want to kill the Department of Education because uneducated masses are easier to control. Corporations want traditional public schools to fail and for the Department of Education to be shuttered so that they can further influence charter school curriculum to suit their own goals.

And this hunt for federal employees is not a waste of tax payer dollars?? I don’t typically wish ill will on others, but I sincerely wish for his entire administration to come down with dysentery and sepsis…

Hey y’all! So it turns out that what we’d been hearing about budget cuts to the Los Angeles Fire Department weren’t wholly accurate. There were additional funds set aside separate from what was initially approved. Those funds were held until renegotiations with LAFD crew were approved.
