America is not 1932 Germany. BUT, Hitler was enabled by the populace treating him as a joke, hoping the system would control him. While Trump is not Hitler, we run the same risk if we do not push against his plan to kill U.S. democracy. Speak out; let's prod our representatives into action.
If Congress - Democrats and Republicans - don't stand up to the Trump- and Musk-led takeover of the government, they will soon lose the ability to do so. Urge your reps in Congress to act. Contact your state representatives , too, to push back with lawsuits to beat back this assault on democracy.

It's become clear that the objective of the Project 2025-lead and MAGA-enabled cabal is the destruction of the US Constitution to benefit them personally. So, what happens when Musk, Trump and their cronies when they decide that they don't need the support of those who put them in this position...

by freezing all federal grants, trump is fundamentally transforming the relationship between the executive and congress. he is asserting dictatorial authority over federal spending, transforming congress's lawmaking powers into advisory authority. it is a constitutional crisis
