This job stated they are looking for a Clinical Supervisor. This means that individual has at least two years licensed experience (may be diff state to state), has taken extra courses, and will now oversee multiple employees and provide clinical guidance. Did I mention they work on weekends? 3/4

FOR A CRISIS HOTLINE! I’m setting aside the idea that pay needs are different in different places. Do you know what kind of calls come in on those lines? How long can someone sustain themselves on $43/hr, before taxes, retirement, insurance, etc when the mental/emotional/legal load is massive? 2/4
