Thank you. Every time I say something akin to this, I get certain editors telling me how much harder their jobs are if they allow simultaneous subs.

And I mean, I get it, and I do sympathize. But it's "harder" for you vs. "nigh impossible" for us. This isn't an equivalent circumstance.

I feel a genuine sense of loss when I realize that the actors I had in mind were older than I realized, and in the past few years have aged out of the roles that they were never going to have taken anyway.

Thankfully, we don't have to do that last part in BG3, because there are mods that let you swap out the *appearance* of items for others of the same category, while keeping the mechanics. So we get stats *and* aesthetic. :-D
