Yesterday my flight from JFK to Miami was diverted to Tampa. 16 hours later still no flight to Miami nor info on when a possible flight would be available. I ended up renting a car & drove home. Now #Frontier is refusing to refund my flight. 🤬😡 Consumer Beware! Please share! @usdot.bsky.social
