sometimes a repair is just a glorified cleaning while making other things worse in the process and thats okay (tried to repair my original dsi’s right trigger button via cleaning but its still buggered and now i have dust in the top screen housing somehow lol)

heard about this yesterday and the fact that adobe gave literally a month’s notice to people about this considering its still somewhat of an industry standard piece of software. and sure you can still use it for one more year technically, but its just such a massive middle finger to everyone

finally got a mechanical keyboard i really enjoy but turns out it has a known connection issue and ive been troubleshooting it for awhile but it hasnt gotten better…. despite it otherwise being a perfect keyboard for me im gonna have to return it and. guhhhh im sad LOL otherwise it’s perfect

in my mind gameboys are still dirt cheap and perfect candidates for modding/repairing/restoring/etc but then i go looking and a motherboard alone is like $70 and i keel over. i miss the days of complete consoles being like $20-30 LOL

Just a PSA for people, FreeTaxUSA is an excellent tool for filing taxes. Do not, I repeat, do not give your money to TurboTax. They lobby congress to keep tax filings difficult and inflate their prices to make it more expensive.

i have a bunch of outdated pluralkit bios that need to be updated but circas in particular always makes me laugh because you can tell it just evolved with time (also she mainly uses she/her now but this is back when she was more repressed lol)

ocd and paranoia is so funny because i know damn well that if i had the balls to publicly release my tt vrc models properly (especially with mmd compatibility intact) it wouldve like. made into funny fandom gifs n shit. like they wouldve been so powerful. alas. i am mentally ill. </3 (/silly)

my apartment has one dinky circuit for the entire unit (which includes ac when i have it installed) because its an old building and like. its fine in winter. but man im not missing managing electricity and what’s on/off in the summer to make sure i don’t accidentally trigger the circuit breaker lol
