Lots of deaths close to me or close to friends of mine lately. The physical manifestation of that grief has been hard. Fatigue, irritability, lack of focus. It will pass. Be mindful, compassionate and remember it’s your body’s way of telling you to take time for yourself. Mediate, breathe, rest.
