To be clear, "science" did not discover race "isn't real". It demonstrated race *has no basis in biology*. Words matter, esp here. Racism, rooted in racial categories, is very real (geneticists/bio anthropologists agree). Changing the census to remove race won't remove racism, it'll just hide it.

From IACAP’s CfA: much has been written on the harms of AI, however, ethics of AI from a philosophical perspective can offer a more fundamental understanding of ethical concerns beyond just the accounting or the mitigating of harms.
