Proud to be an Episcopalian. Bishop Mariann’s message was respectful and on point. She demonstrated that the Gospel is alive.

Very pleasantly surprised to stumble on this Charles Vess and @neilhimself.neilgaiman.com illustrations collection in the library at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. I will need to return someday to spend more time with them.

I just finished listening to Acts I, II, and III of The Sandman by @neilhimself.neilgaiman.com — simply magnificent. As good as the streamed version is, I’m a huge fan of quality audio works. These are among the best.

It's Thanksgiving! Are you getting your eels ready? It's tradition!

The 1st Thanksgiving included a big table full of eels. And it's fitting. Tisquantum brought eels to the starving pilgrims that spring to celebrate their new treaty w/ the local Wampanoag tribe. 1/5

MARTA train driver at ATL airport stop, after giving the normal sleepy “This train is bound for…” spiel, cranks up the volume and: “Alright, stand away from the doors now, people. We can’t wait for everyone. We need to be on our way. We’re losing revenue here.”
