I quite like tardigrades. There will probably be quite a bit of crochet, dressmaking and maybe some science. Also cat.
Halloween what, now?

Not sure why I didn't post this on the day, but I felt a bit weird about it. Anyway, a couple of weeks ago I ran the Manchester Half. My first since colorectal cancer surgery earlier this year. Felt amazing to be back, and I ran much quicker than I expected!

Ridiculous situation. A man who has spent the last thirty years being one of the most inventive, prolific and funniest stand-ups out there. You should make a beeline for this, I'd say.
Very few people coming to Ice Cream for a Broken Tooth but I have decided not to worry - I will create different experiments every night- and if there are eight people there , so be it -I will be fully committed

Far from bringing "clarity", this verdict will only create confusion, while putting trans people at risk, argues Helen Belcher

Women of the UK, to avoid any problems, you are now advised not to look "different", not to witness crime, not to be a victim of crime, not to stand out in any way. Otherwise you might be strip searched by male officers. This is necessary to protect you from trans people.
Yesterday the Supreme Court said (having refused to hear from any trans people): "this interpretation would not be disadvantageous to or remove protection from trans people with or without a GRC."

Today. Trans women - and gender non conforming cis women - are now going to be 'frisked' by men.
