Wondering. How should I read this?

Here is my current dual-monitor layout.

Left monitor is my laptop, featuring apps like TickTick or Teams.
Right monitor is my main / focus screen, where everything else happens.

Time for a new exciting #barley gem update !

Version 0.9.0 focuses on performance and memory usage. It outperforms almost all other #ruby serializers out there, with or without YJIT.

Added a few benchmarks too.

I'm experimenting with defining private methods inline in my Ruby project.

This enhances clarity while maintaining readability because the method's scope is clear, it appears in git diffs, shows up in searches, and is helpful for large classes or code navigation.

For the first time since I stumbled upon the #zed ide, I started using it for real work, and not just fiddling around with a side project.

I like the idea of the 'subtle' mode for AI predictions, but I wish I could switch AI off completely, an 'off' mode, if you like.

Any idea how to do this?

In recent weeks, the most significant boost to my work efficiency came from mapping individual keys on my keyboard to specific applications.

Need to jump to my web browser? Just a single tap does the trick. Terminal, code editor, teams, and my task list are all accessible with one simple keystroke

Why use Dry::Struct when you can do this with the #ruby standard library?

Now that I use #ergol as my main layout, I have remapped my ortholinear keeb to take advantage of the 1DFH and use the central part for direction keys and multimedia shortcuts. 😍

A few clumsy / misleading translations or character encoding errors...
I am about to post this message, and the button says "Poste" which means "postal service" or "job position", it should be "Envoyer" or "Publier"

I do use this kind of workflow in my app, but no dependency to Dry Monads, we just define it in the PORO (or through composition/inheritance).

I really like the dry-rb concepts, but I am not a big fan of their syntax. These includes with symbols make me shiver.
