An update: it took 104 days to get through about 300 emails with over 25 people from 8 vendors, but we have finally started repairing the house in earnest today with the removal of the patio roof that collapsed.

Shoutout to the original Oh Varsity @spncrtckr.mn, as he’s been writing about college football’s most under appreciated stadium this year for the 100th anniversary of its dedication. Historic James Gamble Nippert Memorial stadium is a gem and there’s nowhere else I’d want to call home.
