Proud of my little community today standing up as allies for our immigrant friends and neighbors and our constitution. ❤️

I had the privilege to attend the Center for Domestic Peace’s annual Mother’s Day lunch last week. Amazing organization taking on some of the toughest and most meaningful work. This year’s keynote speaker, Loretta J Ross, was excellent. Recommend her new book, Calling In.

Perfect way to spend the morning, showing solidarity with my fellow neighbors for immigrant families. Thanks to West Marin Community Services and San Geronimo Valley Community Center for organizing.

My husband found this on our New Year’s Day hike in Marin County, CA. Any ideas naturalist and fungi folks out there? I placed it on @inaturalist.bsky.social and haven’t had any help in identification.

Ugh

Just came across this drawing my daughter did in May 2020 (5th grade).

Not looking forward to round 2 of any of this. ☹️
