What is SUPPOSED TO BE (written with sarcasm) a gif of Dr. House from the show House making a silly face. Dust or sand is shown blowing out of his agape mouth, and we can barely see the woman's reaction of disgust—an evil pharaoh of some sort appears with the woman.
