It's like I *meant* to play music but then I got distracted by five other things and now it's an hour later and I still have silent headphones on... Once I notice I do usually go find some music to play.

I was in therapy as a child and teen, and I did not get to pick my therapists. Some of them I did not trust to have my best interests at heart and in retrospect I think that was the right call. I got very tight lipped by my teens. Some of those people were drug pushers.
