it's been a month since the latest soccer Committee lp 'Eye' came out. glad to see it found a way to so many good homes! fun to see this album in the wild. you can get a copy via a pretty long list of nice distro's, some even still carry things we don't have in stock anymore!

i noticed that i havent been playing a lot of 'rock' in the past few episodes, so we're making that up here with a few stone cold classics - so, mostly 'older things' here - only a handful of tracks from after 2020.

another summer episode of morcfm - due to deadlines, we had to record this before leaving on a holiday, and had to 'rush' it a little. so: less talking here - just a bit in the beginning, and more at the end.

20 years ago, i played my first show in the usa as circle bros. That was in the public library in Bloomington, IN, and it's still hard to believe this happened. mkl drekka/bluesanct set up the festival, @jessicabailiff.bsky.social lent me her guitar and amp.

originally, annelies stamped a lino-cut on the sleeves. liner notes were typed on a typewriter, for every order. when annelies' typewriter died, she used mine; and then later wrote the text by hand. i think approx 100 copies were made throughout the years?

NEIN RODERE specializes in broken pop songs that are often dressed in nothing more than a busted mic, a broken amp, and a fractured rhythm.And yet, he somehow holds it all together in a miraculous way. morc-connection: he makes several guest appearances on the Kroppskännedom lp (reprint available!)

but: we celebrate our 50th episode with two specials. the first one is about the upcoming Nein rodere/Troth-show we're co-hosting here in ghent on june 20th. we'll play tracks by both of them of course, and give a taste of some other projects they're involved with.
