I started this account to document my adventures, but most importantly, THE FOOD ALONG THE WAY 🥰 But in pure Mor fashion, I posted my one big vacation and immediately forgot to post small discoveries and adventures along the way. Not many pictures from today, but wanted to write a little tid bit.

5 years being married to the love of my life ❤️ We went to Lovechild in La Crosse and had an amazing experience. I ate ribeye with marchand de vin sauce and potatoes fondant. Paired with a lovely glass of Moscato d’Pavia, Centorri, Lombardi, Italy 2023.

Last day in NOLA was crazy. Browsed the French Market and ran into Ed Sheeran who started a parade in the street!! After then we had lunch as Mais Arepas and it was AMAZING. First time eating empanadas since I can't eat gluten. The arepas were amazing. Then a chaotic airport experience, but home 💕

Day 3 in NOLA: We did the hop on hop off bus tour to get a summary of things in the area. The tour guides were hard to hear, but still fun. One of my favorite things about the city is that there is art everywhere!

Forgot to mention Day 1 of New Orleans. No pictures, but we had amazing food at Espiritu. Tried mezcal for the first time (wasn't a fan). Had 3 different types of tacos - Cochinita Pibil, Chicken Tinga, and Sweet Potato. Plus Crawfish Queso! Later that night we ordered food from True Food Kitchen.

2nd day in New Orleans! What an amazing day. We started with a walk in the Lois Armstrong Park.
