Just based on the chain of events for this night, and the fact they are portraying it as they just randomly ran into you, I’m pretty sure you’d be granted a restraining order, which you honestly should get.

It's also call stalking & is an actual crime they can be charged with. I'd be reporting them to RCMP people need consequences
