One of my favourite films is Shawshank Redemption and got to see the stage version. Very well performed in most places. Few glitches but loved it

So Saturday I took 20 Scout Leaders from a large annual event of 1,500, to a #parkrun and it was amazing 😍 (and no PB which I'm happy for)

Past three weeks I've got a PB at #ParkRun every time. First shaved 2 seconds. Then about 40 and then 30. Madness. My goal eventually is to get under 25 mins. Not planning on this year but it's a goal.

I'm enjoying my daily runs.
What I'm not enjoying is today I had 3 vaccinations, got malaria tablets and still need to find yellow fever vaccination. All to visit Kenya for my YouTube channel 🤣

I ran 1 mile under 8 mins and I'm kinda proud of me running every day for the past almost 2 months now. It definitely readjusts my day in a good way and let's me ponder life
