I don't know if it was @mattmaiocco.bsky.social or John Middlekauff on Cowheards pod who said 'Kyle Shanahan and the medical staff of the 49ers need to have a serious meeting.' Since taking over in 2017, Kyle's teams have had the most injuries by a wide margin.
