That was pretty much it. There was a rumor that a plane crashed into the Spanish power grid, before that a rumor of cyberattack, and Portuguese authorities made the accusation that the Spanish grid reacted badly to an “atmospheric anomaly.” I’ll check for more details in the morning when I’ve slept.
