We were back to see the Snow Geese! We found that they had been scared from the main pond to a smaller pond by a backhoe doing maintenance at a nearby park. This is a video of them flying back to the main pond.

A bluebird visits us every year. While it's fun to think he's looking in our windows to say hi, he's just angry he sees his reflection in the glass. Unbeknownst to him, he's seeing himself and not someone competing for females and nesting sites. #birds #bluebird

After cutting down a dying tree, a pile of branches ended up near my bird feeders. It didn't take long for it to fill with birds!

It snowed last week, so we had to go sledding! And of course we went sledding on our childhood sledding hill! Not only is it a great sledding hill, it's also scenic!
