I was in the OR with US surgeon, Mathew, at Al Shifa in Gaza. He pulled a bullet out of a patient’s face even though there was supposed to be a ceasefire.
My school journey out here is tough — no tools, no materials & whatever’s around costs a fortune so hope u can help🙏
