been dealing with random headaches that cause pain for a few hours. if this continues i may not actually be able to draw for a while. i'll see if having the overhead light on after it gets dark helps tomorrow. if it doesn't, i'll update everyone waiting on comms from me.

I did start work on emergency comms, but the depression I've been experiencing since the end of October hit me full force. I will be delivering all emergency comms before the end of this month.

Yesterday, I went to therapy. Not physical therapy, that's Tues/Thurs
It was my first day and intake. So I basically answered questions and when I explained things? The therapist told me "sure, sure"-- as if I was lying about it. Or an addled case that made it all up.

i went out in 57 degree weather with no jacket.
it was nice. not cold. as a person born and raised in arizona, it was nice to finally be able to step outside in "freezing weather" and not be bothered by it.
