(this is very odd as someone who absolutely loathes using the phone, but I find I mind it less when it's somewhere I've rung before so have an idea of how the conversation will go)

Possibly, but I usually just ring and do it as it tends to be quicker (when they answer!) - they have all my details stored from previous services so I don't have to re-provide everything.

On Saturday they called me while I was at Clapham Junction waiting for a train, I somehow pocket-answered and they got 2 minutes of ambient train noises before hanging up.

Every year I think I'll go and have a play on some of the rides there, given that's kind of my thing. Then I see the general faff, crowds and prices and think "maybe not"

I can only assume someone looked at the external renders and thought "that looks good" without realising you can barely see anything from inside.

I still find it bizarre that Alton Towers went with full wraps on their monorail trains so you can barely see out as you travel across the park
