I live in Taos. Zoom in to find Taos, NM on this map. Note how they are selling public land on all sides of us. Now imagine your watershed comes from those mountains. Your wildfire risk mitigation, on all sides, comes from federal management of those lands they now want to privatize.

Very little chance Trump has ever been in any park other than Central Park. And I'm not even sure he would've stepped foot there! Similarly, he has no concept of what the federal lands are and why they were set aside.

Hopefully, both our Senators got the message. Idahoans want federal public lands kept...PUBLIC! Keep the phone calls, emails, letters & snail mail letters heading to their offices. They need to exhibit same stance as MT. And in ID House, Russ Fulcher needs to find himself...primaried.

Having seen those Federal lands, they would have to bulid entire towns from the ground up. Those woods are in hard to reach territory that is totally wild. It would take decades to build entirely new cities, no electricity no water NO JOBS or food. Yes this definitely sounds like a Republican idea
