I realize not everyone lives in the US, but bringing back gachas in 2025 in this (US) economy is a bold move. I've cut back on my spending from 200/mo to stipend because creators seem so anti-consumer in their meetings. I'm comfortable watching them go out of SL business this year. 🤷‍♀️

I voted the right way, support the right causes, and am in twice a week therapy over this. The only people seeing your jokes are likely liberals. Since I'm on a media diet for my mental and physical health, I have to unfollow you.

Gogo why are you like this

This is definitely where the lead detective of a british tv show has a long inner monologue about their case.

If I cashed out of my house right now and put 33-50% down on another one in NJ, I would be paying more than my current mortgage because of the rate. If someone is starting from almost 0, there’s no way they’re getting a house at an affordable rate. Is he trying to subsidize FHA defaults?

Once I saw how anti-consumer the creator meetings were - and never heard of resident meetings of similar nature - I cut way back on spending. I’m already someone who doesn’t feel the need to log in daily, but I find myself almost distancing in disgust? It’s disappointing.

I guess photos of medical office parks next to industrial buildings weren't aesthetic enough for them.

Also adding that since I missed this one and can't get it, I have no incentive to collect further ones.

I thought moving to NJ was gonna be so cool and progressive, but it definitely has plenty of its own problems. I guess I should thank these NIMBYs for making my home value go up 50% so I can cash out to a different state. I would have rather had more apartments built though...

It was serving me the phone app, so I just visit it in Safari. It makes me log in every time. SIGH.

Lifetime Premium is not a flex lol. It was like $750 to have a $200/yr value for life. Depending on the math you do, it would take 3.5-7 years for it to pay off and then makes about 120/yr in L$ for the 500L/wk stipend crowd.

That's more than a Starax Wand was back in the day!

I don't see how current mainland could be fixed. However, I could see a new form of mainland development involving some of the principles of LH - predetermined plot sizes, manicured spaces in between plots, privacy settings, and bans on obnoxious signage. ALSO!!! more clearance for sailing.

As lifetime premium, I would love to own a double prim 1024. I'm not paying 500-1000 USD for it though. It would take 6-12 (or 3-6 if counting 2048 tier) years to math out & I could have an obnoxious neighbor move in during that time. If my neighbor sucks in Bellisseria, I can just GoH another spot.

I opened my door to check and I'd say it's more like fresh baked bread in Central Jersey?

It's really weird that they're sitting on like 16k premium LH. How many regions is that? Are they there purely to offset the lost regions of residents? We should be allowed to have more than one. I still don't think they'd run out of them. The 512s should also be loaned to newbies for a month!

This is (part of) why Highland Park will never get anywhere close to Metuchen status even though they hired the same firm.

Right. Like what changed in the last 15 years that allowed the phrase to be used again? Is the ToS so tight and clear now that it's a marketing thing and you're just renting space? I don't speak legalese so can a resident/attorney clarify for us?

Bragg v Linden Lab and a years long removal of that phrase. It's a reminder of a refusal to clarify whether it was our world.
