FCC Chair @jrosenworcel.bsky.social has put out this month's note on the Dec. FCC meeting, and the only broadcast item looks to be an order implementing the low-power protection act. Based on the NPRM, the order would create a window where certain LPTV stations can transition to Class A status.

The FCC has just announced that
@jrosenworcel.bsky.social has circulated a pair of NPRMs that would seek comment on requiring MVPDs to 1) refund money to customers affected by a retrans negotiation blackout 2) inform the FCC of a blackout after 24 hours.
