Yikes!! Not surprised it's beekeepers at all though. A distorted perception of reality is common among beekeepers and other honey bee fanatics...

That is extremely unlikely. The Klamaths-Siskiyous are very ecologically isolated up to this day and they were even more so in the past. Rarely anything endemic there ends up being disjunct elsewhere.

People plant it sometimes and it persists but it doesnt seem to spread by seed, somehow. The Goat Rocks Wilderness in Washington is an example

Notice how I didn't say everyone working for the agencies, since people doing and construction definitely need their own vehicles (which the agency should finance entirely).
