If you visit the profile, there's a "List" Tab, and in there are a couple of lists with instructions on how to use them (essentially just "Click Subscribe -> Choose Block or Mute")

my favourite genres are slice of life, romance, crime, found-family! current absolute favs are Hc3, Mr. plankton, summer strike and tomorrow but honestly a good edit can convince me to watch anything hahaha, im pretty averse to love triangles though, and high school stuff isn't my favourite
