I don't get it. Do prosecutors get to present to grand juries without any oversight, and they just later go to the judge saying "oh yeah they totally agreed with our indictments"?

For how insane he is, he's not wrong about this observation. However, while he'll probably blame something like vaccines, there is probably a real concern from microplastics or the other countless pollutions we're subject to every day
