One of my favorite moments over a week in Côte d’Azur 🇫🇷 was discovering Jaume Plensa’s large ‘Le Nomade’ airy #sculpture in #Antibes, looking out into the sea, set on a restored waterfront fort. Such a perfect match, modern yet lacy and poetic 🤍🩵 #France #art #traveladdicts

Back in #Oslo 🇳🇴 for my first trip of 2025, where I loved getting an update on the city since I last visited in 2016. Fab new #Munch Museum location, with multiple stories of Edvard Munch’s work (including 3 versions of his famed “The Scream”) and the best twilight view of the Oslo Opera #Norway #art

Traveling this week? Airports will be chaotic, but don’t let the rush steal your humanity. Remember, a smile at the gate agent, a kind word to the flight attendant, and a little patience at security can turn a stressful day into a smoother one for everyone.

One year ago in #Matera, #Italy 🎄🇮🇹 a UNESCO site for its Sassi di Matera, ancient cave dwellings carved into rock 🪨 A 🚅 ride away from Puglia.

I love off-season #travel, especially in Southern Europe where winters are mild ☀️ Less crowds, better prices & a more relaxed experience.

The most important thing in writing is to finish. A finished thing can be fixed. A finished thing can be published. A finished thing can be made into a movie.

An unfinished thing is just a dream. And dreams fade if you don't hold on tight enough.

So finish the thing.

Soooo what do we call posts on #bluesky? Twitter had tweets. If the logo is a 🦋 is it a flutter? A flit?
