Help me wish my grandpa a happy 100th(!!) birthday! I like to ask him what the dinosaurs were like.

I’m currently not accepting new clients, but since so many publishers & creators have reached out, I’m sharing a resource I made for getting your comics into libraries. It’s not extensive but it’s a start, I can answer questions here too:

I hate what’s going on in America, but I came out of the womb wanting to torch the establishment. I don’t know what tomorrow will bring, but days like today give me life.

I was directly involved with a couple of these projects. My husband said frame this for the grandkids.

I hate how far behind we’re collectively trailing to even attempt to “fix” all they are breaking so quickly.

A little “light” reading. To say I enjoyed this book would be saying I enjoy having teeth extracted. Also, necessary. Well-done @pmpress.bsky.social & Bill Campbell. History repeats, especially in America.

Preview of my conversation with @annaolswanger.bsky.social & Hillel Grossman about the amazing book, A Visit to Moscow. It was an honor to discuss this graphic novel and the topic of Soviet Jewry. Check it out on YT “Libraries & Comics.”

I love all of this but am unsure if we can get enough of us to make an impact. Would be rad to try. #protest #unite #resist

For this who don’t know, I’m co-founder of a nonprofit (Creators Assemble) that helps get comics, TTRPGs, & pop culture into educational spaces while providing resources and networking for creators.

Today we had decoupage comics crafts in our local retail shop. Community building ♥️

Inspired by the true experience of Rabbi Rafael Grossman, the Eisner nominated A Visit to Moscow captures the perseverance of the Jewish people during an overlooked era when a different type of Holocaust, a spiritual Holocaust, was happening in the USSR. Info monibarrette.com

Library friends, please let me know if anyone fits the bill. Any and all worker levels and library types, and any project counts as long as you love it and it’s ongoing. Feel free to share this. Thank you!
