How exactly does the full release of all the documents backfire? If it’s full of Democrats, fine - charge them all.

What’s with this new practice of politicians voting a certain way, in the hope that their counterparts in the other chamber offset their vote?

Totally understand your frustration, and I agree when it comes to big corporations, but that independent artist, or bookstore, or seller on Etsy/Amazon? A 10% discount means they’re probably losing money on the sale.

Nah, I think they’re letting Vance set himself up as a scapegoat. No one knows him that well, and old guard GOP don’t like him. The GOP doesn’t expect to win a fair election in 2028, so they’ll run Vance, he’ll lose, and they can move on.
That’s why we must fight for fair elections.
