Strongest when sticking to the novel. Elordi is a revelation as the monster. When it goes off into a bullshit love quadrangle thing between Elizabeth, the monster, Dr. Frankenstein, and Frankenstein's brother I checked out.

I heard somewhere the publishing grind burnt her out, so she went and started another career. It's happened to so many authors i enjoy, sadly. (Meredith Duran, I miss you still!)

No, and that would be absolutely verboten under line rules. Love Inspired/inspies in general target the evangelical crowd that consider queerness a sin that can be prayed out of you.
