It absolutely can be the cause of disability... As can ADHD or anxiety or PTSD or any number of things that affect our ability to function.

This post was a joke, poking fun at the ridiculousness of RFK Jr saying that ANY outside influence "causes autism", and pointing out the fact that autism is NOT negative, but the way that he portrays it very much is.
