Enchantment removal in mono red! A nice punisher effect, super flavorful, and in uncommon too! I think making red jump thru additional hoops to have access to unconditional removal is a good compromise.

Playing Under Ashen Skies, noticed this cool bit. I haven't really seen the rules in a solo game take into account actions done in previous areas. Really cool! I'll have to be careful w/ my gun then.

Now playing: Under Ashen Skies. Know basically nothing about it, except that it is "incredibly dark." Interested to see how dark. The character sheet is really cool though, I am a sucker for an autopsy diagram.

Played thru the first day of Little Town in bed. I'm enjoying it, and I'm also playing as Dale Cooper straight up. Lol. Digging the rumor and clue system. Love how it focuses so much on setting the scene.

Slugblasting went well. A lot of fun! It's honestly super easy to run. Like BitD, it's v player-directed. I'm not sure I'm into the Bite sys, which basically guides GMs into creating problems. I'd rather do that myself. Love the ready-made player arcs for players who aren't as adept at storytelling.

Just played Waffles for Esther with my partner. It has like 3 or 4 mechanics, but is dripping in personality. A fun free-form detective adventure where you have to figure out what happened to your regular customer, Esther, so you can get your Waffles to her. Pro-tip: Play as the Nanny from the Nanny

Finally have a proper ttrpg bookcase set up so they don't have to be scattered all over the other bookcases. The white spines are books I printed and bound myself.

Escape from the dark sector! Never played the original, but this one is great. Died twice so far, really digging it. Hope I can play this with some people sometime soon to see how that affects the horror atmosphere of it.
