Movement is one week away. I’ve taken the two days after off and have filled them with bodywork—massage, acupuncture, and IV therapy. I WILL recover!! It WILL NOT send me into a flare. I’m declaring it now!

I reached out to over 400 colleges and universities today to introduce myself and my school and I can tell you exactly who I will and will not recommend to my students based on how they responsed no joke.

I’ve had two days in a row where my body battery didn’t drop into single digits. This is so exciting. I know I’m about to go back to burning the candle at both ends, but I feel grateful that I got to rest enough to accomplish that!
