If he'd participated, do you think Seixas would've won the U23 TT ? I think so, it's pretty similar to the Dauphiné TT this year, Remco won both with similar avg speeds (50.6kmh today, 50 in Dauphiné with more elevation per km).
In Dauphiné Seixas averaged 47.3kmh, which would win him today's race

@firstcycling.com love you peeps but sorting is still badly broken on multiple of your pages, sorting a riders result by date gives results on the 1st of each month, then 2nd etc..
Sorting rankings by points gives you any score starting with a 1 (10 ? 100 ? 1000 ?) all the way to the 9s ...
