@worldlacrosse.sport Something magical is happening in Colorado with the launch of the women's box league, the first of its kind in the West. A true melting pot of lacrosse, from young (~20) to old (50+), novice alongside pro, many first nations represented. The energy on opening night was palpable.

My spouse and I got to do some snowshoeing while visiting with our college roommate in Steamboat Springs.

Here's my 46 year young spouse (right) playing box lacrosse in a men's (really co-ed) rec league. She only learned to play lacrosse less than 2 years ago. It has been such a special experience to share with her.
