Course 1: Egg Toast.

Pan fried hash brown, American cheese product, fried cured pork shoulder, fried kale, over easy egg.

Diners will appreciate the complexity of textures that are capable in familiar ingredients.

I was finally able to be completely shameless at our last local league #pinball tournament. I managed to even beat one of our better players at a game!
