The first three Sundays of the month in Mexico City, multiple boulevards are closed down from 08:00-14:00, and open to pedestrians and cyclists. It's quite lovely.

A true con of Gare Centrale versus Union Station in Toronto.
In the latter I never really show up to my train early I’ll just chill in the York concourse or something beforehand and walk right onto my train a few minutes before.
Gare Centrale? I guess the only real seating are the restaurants :/
