I would think most. In the state where I am licensed to practice law, if the minor is 16-17, it's a crime if the adult is more than 10 years older. Also, teacher/student is criminal regardless of age gap if the minor is 16-17, & even at 18, it's not a crime, but likely to cost you your teaching cert

Per Google, 16 is the age of consent in 31 states, icky though that may be. Teacher/student also gross (and probably more illegal in those 31 states).
