#ZigHealthTip Find a grounding activity. Meditating, going for a walk, lifting weights, running, all of the above. Something where you can just turn your brain off give it a break. Exercise is great, too, because it does a bunch of cool biochemical stuff to further help de-stress.

I've seen people try to justify this entire mess by saying she shouldn't have acted badly if she didn't want to get shot at.
LAST I CHECKED, shooting a suspect is supposed to be the very last resort. Cops aren't supposed to be all "shoot now ask questions later".
