At the same time you just KNOW he thought it was so funny to name a guy “Mike Fallopian”. Pynchon was absolutely just giggling to himself constantly writing that one

This is a game about building and leading armies but also you can just wander around China doing quests. There’s like 600 guys and you can be any one of them and hang out with all the others to build up your relationship meters. Sometimes they’ll challenge you to a debate or ask you to drinks
