Here is the thing . BY LAW , the federally government is supposed to cover 40% of all school districts special education budget . So far the highest they have reached is 17% I imagine under Trump that number is falling sharply

I work in. Manufacturing. The company I work for makes technology for other manufacturers. This year has been SLOW. Nationally the PMI has consistently been below 50 and ma factoring has lost about 80000 jobs .

For the FCC to levy fines against and licenses broadcaster they would have to show how the FCC rules were broken . Ultimately they would have to show how the programming was against the public interest.

To prevent ABC from distributing the content they would have to force the local stations to stop running it.
