Repeating this because people are misreading it again: This is a report from *the attorneys for the migrant children*—not DOJ!

NEW: Counsel for the migrant children say that, as they understand it, all putative class members have now “been deplaned and returned to ORR custody.”

As for the delay, they add that they inadvertently overlooked the part of the court’s order requiring them to file a report.

The more times I see this, the more convinced I am that the soldiers are engaged in a form of protest or malicious compliance; I've seen many high school drill teams and marching bands more in step with each other than these guys.
